The sustainable development: a central approach for CAP

The sustainable development is the center element of our process. Indeed, most of the events that we are equipping are taking place in a natural environment, such as trails, eco-trails, and multi-sports. This is why we are investing before anything else, on the sustainable aspect of our products and on the respect of the environment.

A local production

We are proud of producing in France, in Haute-Savoie, in order to give priority to the quality of our products and the proximity with our customers. Our suppliers are chosen thanks to the same logic, avoiding any useless transportation and without damaging the reactivity of our production. Beyond our production, we are able to repair your old equipment, or transform it into an eco-goodie.

Materials and process

In the perspective of reducing our environmental impact, we are selecting sustainable materials without toxic components, such as phthalate, Volatile Organics Compounds (VOC), heavy metals, allergen dye, or light solvent. We are using water-based inks and eco-solvent that are as qualitative as the regular ones. In addition, our fabrication processes are respectful of the Imprim’Vert label.

Concerning the products made of PVC,

we are choosing the most resistant, so that they will last longer, in order to limit the renewal need.

Our wastes are classified and enhanced, either it is aluminum, fabric, PVC or paper. And because the maintenance of the local employment imports a lot to us, we are also working with insertion’s workshops.

Repair and recycling

It is very important for us to provide sustainable and lasting products and to repair the materials that can be. In addition, as an environmentally responsible company, we are aware that the overconsumption represents a high cost, and that is not a synonymous of quality. Your communication tools will one become old and obsolete if a logo would change, a date will be passed or if the name of your event would change. This is why we can give a second life to your banners and other materials, thanks to CAP-Recycling^®.

Our products have been elaborated with materials that are strong, reusable for many years and repairable, either for the wrapping (covers, banners, or tents’ roofs) and the structures (poles, frames, tents’ structures, and so on). For example, the poles of the Wind’Air Extrême^® range are life-time guaranteed.

If one of your banners would be broken or lost, it may be changed, when its pole could be kept. We can repair your equipment that suffered hitch or damage: not only our seamstresses have the knowledge to repair it, either it is an inflatable structure, tents or banners, but we also have in stock every spare parts of each products that we are offering, in order to be able to replace only the missing piece.
It is important to say that by betting on a lasting material, your costs will be reduced at very short term.

CAP-Recycling^®

CAP recycles your old PVC’s banners and canvas, to give them a second life, offering a collection of eco-goodies.

CAP offers a second life to your old supports through bags and original accessories. One your old canvas or banners back into our factory, our seamstresses are in charge of selecting the visuals, cut and assemble the elements to create new products that are always unique, such as shopping bag, tablet’s cover, wallet, transportation bag for your bike’s wheels. There is no new impression needed; the banners or canvas are used as they are. The life-cycle of the materials is optimized and you may offer some new derived products of your brand to your customers.
